Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound-care role guiding care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities.

The NP will assess wounds, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, accurately document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.
