Integrated Wound Care in Roseville, MN is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound care team on a part-time basis. The NP will assess wounds, develop individualized treatment plans, and partner with facilities to reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes.

This role requires active NP license in the state, at least 1 year wound care experience, strong communication, documentation, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
