Job summary

Integrated Wound Care in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound care team on a part-time basis. You will conduct wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.

The role emphasizes documentation, patient and family education, and managing care with efficient use of EMR systems. Active licensure in the state and at least one year of wound care experience are required.
