Integrated Wound Care in the Lexington area is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will assess wounds, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a team to improve resident outcomes.

This position emphasizes timely documentation, patient and family education, and independent practice within facility settings. A current NP license in Virginia and wound care experience are required; malpractice insurance is provided.
