Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a part-time wound care role. You will conduct wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care within skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities.

The ideal candidate holds an active license in the state of employment and has at least 1 year of wound care experience, with strong communication, documentation, and EMR
