Job summary

Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Night shift runs 11:00pm–7:00am with $3/hour differential on weeknights and $4/hour on weekends.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan implementation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safety and well-being of residents. Current active RN or LPN license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Available Opening

• Night Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am
