Job summary

Friendship Village in Missouri is seeking caring full-time and part-time Caregivers and Nursing Assistants to join our supportive services team. You will help residents with daily living activities and coordinate with nurses to ensure quality care.

Shifts include 7am–3pm and 7am–11am with some variation per client; every other weekend. We offer competitive pay, PTO, retirement plan, and growth opportunities in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Compassionate approach to resident care is required.
• Long‑term care or senior living experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents with meals and hydration.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare team to provide quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
