Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a part-time Nurse Assistant - Certified Preferred for Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 am–2:30 pm) at Stygler Commons in Gahanna, OH. The role provides direct resident care and supports ADLs under supervision in an assisted living setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of experience. Proficiency in Windows Office and good English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or enrolled in an education program.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English and have good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Record vitals, assist with measurements, and support nutrition and hydration needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assist with routine tasks and admissions as assigned.
• Follow safety policies, protect resident rights, and document accurately in the EMR.
