Job summary

LSU Health New Orleans School of Nursing invites applications for an Instructor or Assistant Professor - Part-Time in the Nurse Anesthesia Program. Successful candidates will have a Doctorate and Louisiana APRN licensure eligibility with current certification in Nurse Anesthesia.

Qualifications

• Doctorate required to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Experience in teaching and mentoring diverse student populations
• Experience with simulation laboratories and interdisciplinary research

Responsibilities

• Teach BSN, MN/MSN, PhD and DNP levels; participate in interdisciplinary research

• Mentor students and develop leadership through the Emergent Nurse Leader Program
