Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Two years long term care experience as primary instructor.
• Two years related nursing occupational experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; computer skills; able to work with diverse student groups.

Responsibilities

• Teach dual enrolled high school students in the Nurse Aide Program on VWCC campus.
• Maintain currency in teaching disciplines and trends in community college education.
• Adhere to course-by-course, semester-by-semester adjunct appointments as needed.
• Review applications continuously as openings occur and fill positions when needed.
