Qualifications

• Holds a current, unrestricted Virginia license or multistate licensure as an RN.
• At least two years of RN experience, including one year with long-term care or supervisory work.
• Experience in nurse aide education or supervising nursing students is preferred.
• Previous clinical instruction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise Nurse Aide students at clinical sites.
• Maintain records of attendance, hours, competencies and documentation.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety compliance in clinical settings.
• Communicate student progress to the Nurse Aide Instructor and administration.
• Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff for clinical scheduling.
