TeamHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) in Burlington, KS for a part-time role (~1 day/week) in post-acute care. You'll provide patient care in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, autonomy, and earning potential.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, complete assessments, and develop care plans. Onboarding includes 3 months of training and mentorship, with access to TeamHealth's population health data and learning platform.

Formación

• NP or PA license in Kansas and DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
