Job summary

Esse Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Fenton Family Medicine office, located at 714 Gravois Rd. This 24-hour-per-week, part-time position offers 3 days a week chosen by you, in an outpatient, collaborative setting.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of NP/PA experience, MO licensure (or eligibility), and strong clinical and communication skills. Join a practice focused on preventive care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or NP/PA master’s degree.
• Current NP or PA licensure in Missouri (or eligibility).
• Certified NP or PA (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
• Conduct evaluations, exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop treatment plans with physician partner.
• Emphasize preventive care and patient education.
• Document care in NextGen EHR.
• Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination.
