Qualifications

• Physician will meet the standards for Medical Staff membership, including Board Certification and licensure.
• MD/DO, BC/BE, CT license, CSP, DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cardiac inpatient and outpatient care.
• Prepare and maintain patient medical records on BHMSG and Hospital forms.
• Obtain consultation with other physicians as appropriate.
• Provide off hour, holiday, night and weekend coverage.
• Participate in clinical guideline development and quality assurance.
