Job summary

Bethel Home & Services, Inc. is looking for a part-time NOC Resident Assistant for Maplewood Terrace, an Assisted Living Facility. You will supervise tenants and maintain a safe, social environment, while delivering personal care under supervision of the Coordinator and RN.

The role requires evening hours, every other weekend, and a 56-hour biweekly schedule. A strong work ethic and teamwork are valued; prior eldercare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Experience with the elderly is preferred.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and a clean, safe, and social environment for tenants.
• Provide personal and supportive care under supervision of the Coordinator and RN per care plan.
• Work the scheduled NOC shift, including every other weekend and 56 hours per pay period.
