Ideal candidates hold a California LVN license, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, strong clinical judgment, and reliable independent work habits during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in California in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably during NOC shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician.
• Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
