Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment on NOC shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor residents and report changes to RN/physician.
• Document nursing care and resident status in the medical record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with CNAs and care team to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
