Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking an RN for Nightshift to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized plans and document patient progress, while ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, a diploma or degree in nursing, and is eager to start or advance a career in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; additional nursing degree preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervisor or physician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
