Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, putaway, unload, stock, and stage products using powered equipment in a high-activity facility in Pennsylvania. You will ensure accurate counts, maintain clean and organized areas, and follow safety policies throughout shifts.

Hours are night shifts (Thursday–Saturday 7pm–5:30am, Sunday–Tuesday 7pm–5:30am, Friday–Sunday 7pm–5:30am). The role pays $21.50 per hour with a shift differential and requires a GED, 3+ years of related experience, and

• Post-hire assessments must be completed successfully.
• Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Respect PPE and safety policies while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick or Putaway boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and store products appropriately.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Move product from staging/storage to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Report damaged shipments and maintain accurate records for inventory control.
• Follow safety rules and participate in housekeeping and compliance.

Job description

• Pick or Putaway boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.

• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $21.50 per hour plus Shift Diff

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
