Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas, TX seeks a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical authority, ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards. You will monitor resident health, document changes, supervise staff, manage shift assignments, and liaise with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing, graduate of an approved nursing program, and 1+ year in senior care or clinical settings

Responsibilities

• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Pay Range:

27.60 - 34.55
