You will monitor resident health, document changes, supervise staff, manage shift assignments, and liaise with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing, graduate of an approved nursing program, and 1+ year in senior care or clinical settings

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
