Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Sanders in Gloucester, VA is seeking a part-time, night shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The role offers an hourly range of $34.40 - $47.30 and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Actual pay is determined by experience, credentials, and internal equity. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will assess, plan, implement, and deliver resident care, coordinate nursing services with other disciplines, and maintain close contact

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Virginia (VDHP).
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Part-time availability for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to staff according to education, training, and resident needs.
• Engages team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Develops, implements and evaluates care plans.
• Communicates plan of care to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Monitors changes in condition and documents appropriately.
• Demonstrates ability to manage a nursing unit while respecting resident dignity.
