Job summary

Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night shifts (10pm–6am) across our skilled nursing communities. You will deliver direct nursing care, support daily clinical operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing, Iowa licensure or ability to activate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit and ensure resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Document care and meet regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
