Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in Litchfield, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med Surg on a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with a 3x12 schedule and every 3rd weekend rotation. You will provide compassionate nursing care, educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians, and ensure quality outcomes in a supportive environment.

Required: RN license, BLS; Bachelor's degree preferred; pay range $32.00–$48.30 per hour with experience-based compensation and shift

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program eligible for licensure.
• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Med Surg patients with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
