Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an LPN for a 24-hour weekly, part-time night shift (7pm–7am) in Louisville, KY. The LPN provides direct, patient-centered care under RN delegation, conducts focused assessments, and participates in rounding and infection prevention initiatives to support safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include updating records, communicating care needs to the team, and ensuring timely administration of medications within policy.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state.
• BCLS certification within 90 days.
• ACLS certification after 6 months.
• NIHSS certification is preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Participate in hourly rounding and care planning.
• Maintain clear communications with physicians and healthcare team.
• Update patient records and escalate concerns as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and safety initiatives.
