Job summary

Adventist Health Selma, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ED - Emergency Department on a part-time, night shift. This role delivers coordinated nursing care and supervises nursing staff, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and safe patient treatment.

Required are CA RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications; a BSN is preferred, with prior acute care experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in California is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates care.
• Collaborates with patient, family and care team in a safe environment.
• Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
