Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery/contractor entry requirements.
• Maintain access-related logs and reports for visitors, contractors, vehicles, deliveries, and other authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity.
