Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across practice settings and the continuum of care to meet patient/family needs.
• Provide leadership through activities such as preceptor roles and quality improvement.
• Some positions may require driving personal vehicle as part of the role.
