Cedarwood Preserve is hiring Medication Technicians to deliver quality resident care in a supportive, welcoming environment. Training is provided to ensure you can accurately prepare and administer medications while supporting residents.

This part-time night shift 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM offers a rewarding chance to participate in a compassionate care team, with opportunities to monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DHS Medication Administration Course Certification required.
• NCBDE Diabetes Education Certification required.
• PA ID required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate medication and resident documentation.
• Take and record vital signs as needed.
• Assist residents with care and respond to their needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other care team members.
• Maintain medication inventory and request refills as needed.
• Support a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment.
