Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current IL nursing license.
• Current CPR registration.
• Knowledge of geriatric population in life communities.
• Experience with EHR or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per care plans with kindness and professionalism.
• Dispense and oversee treatments and medications as ordered.
• Maintain comprehensive resident records and documentation.
• Assign tasks to nursing assistants and monitor performance.
• Collaborate in care planning and ensure resident well-being.
