Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Life Safety Officer to protect our Wesley Ridge campus in Reynoldsburg, OH. The part-time role runs Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 6:30am, focusing on security, safety protocols, and incident documentation.

You'll ensure compliance, maintain equipment, and collaborate with teams to support residents and staff with calm, proactive care. CPR/AED/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Evening/overnight availability for part-time shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus.
• Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting to appropriate departments.
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment.
• Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems.
