Virtua Anesthesia – West, at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, seeks an experienced Part-Time Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our growing team.

This role offers approximately 13 weeks per year with a starting salary of $300,000, providing flexibility and work-life balance, and involves independent, in-house overnight coverage focused on airway management and OB anesthesia call.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist with 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred.
• Strong airway management, OB anesthesia, and emergency response skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Airway management throughout the hospital.
• OB anesthesia call and support.
• Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight.
• Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care.
