Virtua Anesthesia – West at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Part-Time Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team. The role offers a unique schedule of approximately 13 weeks per year with a starting salary of $300,000.

The position provides independent, in-house overnight coverage (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), focusing on airway management, OB anesthesia call and support, and emergent cases overnight. A one-week-per-month rotation offers balance and time off.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred.
• Strong skills in airway rescue, OB anesthesia, and emergency response.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
• Commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent, in-house overnight coverage (7p–7a).
• Manage airway throughout the hospital and support OB anesthesia calls.
• Handle emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight.
• Collaborate with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure timely care.
