Virtua Health's Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to provide overnight in-house coverage. The role focuses on airway management, OB anesthesia, and urgent cases, with collaboration across surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
• Minimum 2–3 years post-training experience or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience.

• Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment.
• Commitment to quality, patient safety and teamwork.

Virtua Anesthesia – West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists serving Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team. This role provides independent, in‑house overnight coverage with a focus on:

• Airway management throughout the hospital
• OB anesthesia call and support
• Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight
• Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care

The position is structured as a 7 shifts per pay period (every 2weeks), offering a predictable rotation and extended time off.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• Minimum 2–3years of post‑training experience preferred (orequivalent high‑volume, high‑autonomy experience)

OLOL Camdenis a tertiary‑care hospital known for cardiac surgery, transplant programs, high‑acuity critical care, and obstetrics. Overnight coverage includes variedand meaningful clinical responsibilities across these services.

The starting salary for this position is:$600,000.00. The actual compensation package could varybased on factors such as,butnotlimitedto, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignmentwithmarket data.
