Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Residential Caregiver (DSP) for the Lowell, MI area. This part-time night-shift role focuses on compassionate, person-centered support in residential and rehabilitation programs.

You will help individuals develop daily living skills and promote independence with dignity. You will provide personal care, medication support, and assist with health-related needs while maintaining a safe, supportive environment and documenting services accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Background checks must be cleared.
