Hope Network is hiring a Residential Caregiver (DSP) for West Lake in Lowell, MI. This full-time night shift role focuses on compassionate, person-centered support in residential and rehabilitation programs.

You’ll help individuals develop daily living skills, promote independence, and participate in community activities, while ensuring health, safety, and dignity. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, daily routines, and healthy living support.
• Help individuals learn new skills and increase independence.
• Provide medication support and health-related assistance.
