City Wide Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to supervise contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintain the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. The Night Manager reviews client contracts and ensures work meets expectations.

The role requires evening shifts, ability to drive within a localized territory, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in janitorial services industry.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities.
• Communicate with Facilities Manager for issues needing attention and provide nightly recap.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and proper use of tools and equipment.
