Job Summary Details: The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Job Description

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or issues with building systems
• Establish effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking, snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms

Qualifications include being 18 or older, no experience necessary (training provided), and no high school diploma required. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and 1 year of similar work.
