Job summary

Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro for our Part-Time Night Auditor position. You’ll showcase strong organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a friendly team and supportive work environment.

As Night Auditor, you will check guests in and out, respond to requests with empathy, balance accounts, update reservations, and coordinate with other departments to keep the front desk welcoming and accurate.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service.
• Respond to requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments and update guest accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Communicate room availability and status with other departments.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk area.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print and distribute reports.
• Make adjustments to guest accounts as needed.
