Job summary

Marriott Orlando Downtown seeks a part-time Night Auditor to join the overnight operations team, ensuring smooth guest experiences and accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours. Prior hospitality experience and proficiency with hotel software are preferred; Thursday and Friday overnight availability is required.

Qualifications

• Night audit or front desk experience in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Thu/Fri overnight availability preferred.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy between front desk, housekeeping, and accounting systems.
• Reconcile daily hotel transactions, prepare reports, and balance financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests checking in/out during overnight hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor hotel security and safety during the night shift.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a night auditor or front desk associate.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Ability to work Thursday and Friday overnight shifts.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
