Job summary

Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for on-site work at Residence Inn Birmingham Downtown at UAB in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on maintaining financial controls and coordinating with security and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires basic math, 10-key skills, and solid data entry with strong verbal and written communication. Hotel experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset system for next day.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

No**Overview**Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards.
