Job summary

Infant-Hearing-Screening-Specialists is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screener to perform infant hearing screens in a hospital setting in California. You will follow IHSS and hospital policies, maintain records, and ensure accurate labeling and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires standing/walking, light lifting up to 25 pounds, and availability on weekends/holidays. Prior training in NCHAM curriculum and BLS CPR is preferred but not required for initial hiring.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen newborns for hearing according to state and IHSS guidelines.
