The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Adjunct Faculty member in Neurodiagnostic Technology at the Dayton, OH campus.

The role focuses on teaching the CAAHEP-accredited Polysomnography Certificate Program, combining lectures with hands-on training and clinical preparation. Qualified candidates must hold one of the listed neurodiagnostic credentials and have at least one year of industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one: R EEG T, R EP T, R NCS T, CNCT, CNIM.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a neurodiagnostic technologist.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Commitment to improving student learning through innovative strategies in course and program level.

Responsibilities

• Adjunct faculty teach curricula developed by the department.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Prepare and provide syllabi for all assigned sections per policies.
• Employ teaching strategies and available instructional technology.
• Adapt methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Support classroom and online efforts to promote student success.
• Evaluate and return student work timely to promote learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Submit final grade rosters by deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Cannot exceed 12 credit hours per semester.
