Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in McKinney, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide neuro-focused, patient-centered care on a part-time basis. Treatments occur in patients' homes and communities, with an interdisciplinary team developing integrated plans.

A Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC are required; experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
• Work with families and other professionals to implement individualized home-based treatment plans.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary teams delivering patient-centered, durable outcomes.
