Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for part-time roles delivering in-home services in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas. Therapists design patient-centered plans and address speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing needs in the patient’s home and community.

Required are a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas state licensure, and ASHA CCC; experience with neurologic disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred.
• State licensure required to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with patient-centered goals.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional outcomes.
