Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Forney, TX seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists for part-time, home-based services. You will work with patients in their own homes and communities, delivering patient-centered care and integrated treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities.
