The Assistant Physiotherapist role requires HCPC registration, neuro experience, and an ability to lead a small team while delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• A qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience in a neuro environment is essential.
• Experience managing a team and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for adults with neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families to support independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with standards.
• Educate and support residents and carers, contributing to decision-making and service development.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and policy adherence.
