Job summary

Inspire Neurocare, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver specialist therapy to adults with complex neurological conditions, supporting independence and meaningful participation.

Working with the Therapy Lead and MDT, you will assess needs, develop personalised rehabilitation plans, maintain records and liaise with external services to ensure equipment is suitable and safe. A compassionate, person-centred approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of OT experience.
• Experience in a neurological setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physical and psychological needs and contribute to personalised rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records for case reviews.
• Coordinate with equipment and wheelchair services to ensure suitability and safety of devices.
• Engage with families and carers, providing information, advice and support with empathy.
