Inspire Neurocare, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support psychological and neuropsychological assessments for adults with brain injuries and progressive neurological conditions. You will work under supervision within a multidisciplinary team to contribute to assessments, interventions and rehabilitation programmes.

You will communicate sensitively with residents and families, help manage cognitive and behavioural needs, and support development of guidelines

Competenze

• Relevant experience working as an Assistant Psychologist or in a related setting.
• Understanding of neurological conditions and their impact on individuals.
• Experience working with cognitive or challenging behaviour.
• Knowledge or experience of psychological approaches used in individual or group settings.
• Ability to apply psychological theory within a neuropsychological and rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, professional and committed approach to supporting people to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Mansioni

• Support delivery of psychological and neuropsychological assessment and intervention for adults with acquired brain injuries and progressive neurological conditions.
• Work under supervision of a Neuropsychologist and Clinical Lead to contribute to assessments, interventions and rehabilitation programmes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals and manage cognitive/behavioural needs.
• Assist with risk assessments and help develop guidelines and management plans.
• Communicate sensitive information to residents, families and colleagues; provide appropriate support.
• Contribute to development and implementation of rehabilitation plans and guidelines.
