Job summary

University of St. Thomas invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty member in Network Technology for the Associates of Applied Sciences program. Qualifications

• Masters degree in computer science, computer information systems, computer information technology, computer engineering, computer-based information systems or business/computer related field required.
• Minimum of 18 hours of graduate work in the technology field.
• Minimum of 3 years non-teaching work experience in the related field or industry certification(s).
• Strong consideration for equivalent mix of work and teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and teach courses within the curriculum.
• Follow course syllabus and institutional guidelines.
• Advise students before/after class or by appointment.
• Teaching may include evenings and/or weekends.
• Evaluate student progress and inform timely feedback.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and orientations as required.
